Everyday I walk through the beautiful entrance of Paradise Valley Hospital.

I almost always use the stairs to get places. They get me there faster.

The Infection Control office is on level 4.

The only thing that indicates that this is the Infection Control office is a simple sign.

There is a white board by the desk of one of the Patient Experience ladies. Infection Control writes on it when we get bored.

This is my mentor's desk.

I work at which ever desk is available. This one belongs to Jose.

My mentor has a lot of meetings to go to. This one was for the Capstone 2015, which was a disaster drill.

During the Capstone 2015, leadership postions were given jobs to fulfill during the drill.

Also, fake victims were sent to the ER for this drill.

Our job is to prevent and moniter Hospital-aquired Infections (HAIs) The most effectice way to do that is to practice good hand hygiene.

Antibacterial hand soap is a healthcare worker's best friend.

Although there is a break room inside, I prefer to eat outside.

My mentor also gives me projects to work on. Here is one of them.

This is the last view I get, as I drive off each day from my internship.
