This year in humanities we learned a lot about issues around the world.  We learned a lot about animal cruelty and GMOs in our food system. We also learned about food justice issues that affect the world.  We learned about the cocoa trade in the Ivory Coast and Ghana, and also the Palm Oil trade. We have also learned about colonization in other countries and how is affects our modern world. In addition, we've explored whether or not colonization is just.
