Sophia Rosemann's Digital Portfolio

  My physics class and I are going to make a series of expiraments  that will be displayed at HTHCV.  My group decided to make a Bicycle generator.  Basically we are going to modify a bike so that it uses the energy that you are useing to pedal to work other appliances.   I've always heard of bicycle generators and seen them on television, but  I've never thought it to be a reality.  It allowed me to learn how motors work because a bicycle generator is basically  a motor that is turn that runs when you turn the pedals.  I really enjoyed this project because it inspired me to think outside the box.
