Sophia Rosemann's Digital Portfolio

      In this project, everybody in the 10th grade were assigned countries in the United Nations.  We had to study our countries in order to be prepared for the conference.  The topic for the conference this year was overpopulation so we had so research our countries position on the topic.  The purpose of this project was to learn about the United Nations an how it functions and passes resolutions.  

 

      I personally loved this project.  It was really fun and I learned a whole lot too.  First of all, I loved learning about my country, the Philippines.  I just thought that was cool.  Secondly, it helped me to realize that the world is capable of coming together to solve a problem.  Even though that there seems to always be conflicts between certain countries, thy are able to come together to all work toward the same goals.  This project by far was my favorite project this year.
