30 Day Food Challenge
This project was meant to challenge our eating habits. We had to choose at least one food challenge, and we had to stick with that challenge for 30 day. There were a lot of challenges to choose from, like the no soda or sugary drinks challenge, the "I can pronounce it." challenge, and the no red meat challenge.
I chose the vegetarian challenge, the green smoothie challenge and the no soda or sugary drinks challenge. Throughout these challenges, I had to use perseverance a lot. There were many times throughout the 30 days that I wanted to break my challenge, and I have to admit that I did break it several times, but I just had to jump right back on track and continue my challenge. Below are my journal entries that I wrote throughout the challenge. By reading these entries, you will discover the many challenges that I faced.
